Legal & Tax Information

Kingdom Faith Worship Centre NPC — Reg No: 2026/296585/08 — is a registered Non-Profit Company incorporated under the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008. All donations received are applied solely to our public benefit activities: religious services open to the public, welfare and humanitarian relief for indigent and vulnerable community members, and education and development support for learners and students in our community.

We are currently applying to SARS for Public Benefit Organisation (PBO) approval and Section 18A tax deduction status under the Income Tax Act, No. 58 of 1962. Once approved, qualifying donors will be issued a Section 18A receipt, allowing them to claim a tax deduction for their donation when filing with SARS. Receipts will be issued from the date of SARS approval only.

No income, assets, or donations received by the organisation are distributed to any director, member, officer, or related party. Upon dissolution, all remaining assets transfer to another approved PBO with similar objects.
